2. Definitions

• “Platform” - Website, mobile apps, and services of StudyQuark
• “User” - Parent, student, guardian, or visitor
• “Student” - Child enrolled in a course
• “Content” - Videos, text, classes, graphics, materials
• “Services” - Online classes, demos, programs, support

3. Eligibility & 4. Acceptance

Users must be 18+ or a parent/legal guardian. Minors may use the Platform only under parental supervision. By enrolling a child, the parent accepts full responsibility.

Acceptance: Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms. No separate physical or digital signature is required. Continued use implies acceptance of any future updates.

6. Registration & Account Responsibility

Users must provide accurate and truthful details. You are responsible for all activities conducted using your account details. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found with false information.
