Personality is not fixed. It is fluid, especially between ages 6 and 14. This is the 'Golden Window' where habits form character.
1. Confidence
True confidence isn't arrogance. It's the quiet belief in one's ability to figure things out. We build this through small, consistent wins.
2. Character
Integrity, empathy, and resilience. In our group activities, we reward the child who helps a teammate more than the child who wins first place.
3. Communication
The ability to articulate feelings prevents emotional outbursts. We teach 'I statements' to help children express frustration constructively.
