1. Confidence

2. Character

Integrity, empathy, and resilience. In our group activities, we reward the child who helps a teammate more than the child who wins first place.

3. Communication

The ability to articulate feelings prevents emotional outbursts. We teach 'I statements' to help children express frustration constructively.
